This Refund Policy describes refund eligibility for AnotherPlayer Commercial licenses purchased via Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

1. Refund eligibility

We offer a 14-day unconditional refund to every customer, regardless of region. Within 14 days of your purchase date, you may request a full refund for any reason — no questions asked, no jurisdiction differences.

Where local consumer-protection law grants stronger statutory rights (for example, the EU/EEA/UK 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Rights Directive, or the Republic of Korea unconditional cancel right under the E-commerce Consumer Protection Act, Article 17), those rights are preserved in full. Our policy meets or exceeds the strongest mandatory standard in each region.

Your local statutory consumer rights are preserved regardless of this Refund Policy. If a mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides stronger rights, those rights apply.
